After Sales Service & Support
MAXITEC installs and commissions equipment and systems according to the specifications of our clients. To achieve this end we have a network of both inhouse, factory trained service technicians, as well as a number of highly experienced service agents and sub-contractors. We provide support during the warranty period as well as ongoing maintenance and service after expiration of the warranty. This is available on a contract basis or on an as-needs basis whichever best suits our client’s needs.
Customer Training
MAXITEC has an in-house training facility located in Sydney, and can provide a range of training courses and options to customer-nominated machine operators, system programmers and service technicians. We pay special attention to operator safety as well as teaching proper utilisation of the equipment to help maximise your production capability.
